At the airport exit, you will be met by a representative of the Kuluar Club (most likely our guide, but it could also be our Nepali partner), who will put you in a taxi and take you to the hotel located in the very heart of Thamel - the tourist district of Kathmandu.
Your introduction to the country's unique character will begin right from the ride from the airport. For those visiting Asia for the first time, the traffic on the road makes a strong impression. However, there are actually fewer accidents here than back home. We check into the hotel and rest.
Today the guide will check your gear and advise where and what you can buy if needed. In the evening, we have a group dinner and get to know each other.
We get up early in the morning. We need to leave Kathmandu before the huge traffic jams appear. We will travel by private bus. The road to Pokhara, probably the smallest city in Nepal, takes about eight hours. We check into the hotel and go for a walk to the lake. We might even take a boat ride today.
By car: 200 km
In the morning, we transfer by jeep to the starting point of the trekking route. The first day will be challenging - don't worry. We'll face a steep and long climb. The guide will show you how to breathe and walk properly. There's no need to rush, and after a few hours we'll arrive at the village of Ulleri. In good weather, views of the snowy peak of Hiunchuli (6441 m) already open up here.

Trek: 11 km, elevation gain 1260 m, descent 210 m
We will trek through lush greenery the whole way, and in spring - through blooming rhododendrons. In Nepal, these are huge trees covered with pink-red flowers. Absolutely beautiful!
Ghorepani is a relatively large village with wonderful panoramic views that open right from the windows of the lodge.
Trek: 7.6 km, elevation gain 855 m, descent 40 m
Getting up early isn't very appealing, but today we have one of the most beautiful sunrises of your life ahead of us! We'll leave the lodge while it's still dark, and after about 40 minutes of walking we'll reach the summit of Poon Hill (3200). Make sure to bring warm clothes, as it will be cold. Soon the horizon will be painted with golden-orange hues as the sun rises. You'll see an unforgettable panorama of the Annapurna (8091) and Dhaulagiri (8170) massifs before you. We'll take photos, enjoy the view, and head back down to the lodge for breakfast.
Today we also have a trek to Tadapani ahead of us. The trail will wind through jungle and rhododendron forest.
Trek: 12 km, elevation gain 885 m, descent 795 m
And another trekking day. Your body has already gotten used to the exertion, and you feel much better. We'll pass through the village of Chhomrong and descend to Jhinu Danda. What we love about this town is its natural hot springs. After trekking days without a shower, warming up in the pleasantly warm water is pure bliss!
Trek: 13 km, elevation gain 940 m, descent 1940 m
The last trekking day in our program. A short walk along the river to Saola Bazar village, then we get into jeeps and drive to Pokhara. Half the day will be set aside for rest and walks.
Trek: 12 km, ascent 830 m, descent 1355 m
Drive: 50 km
Pokhara is one of the landmark cities for paragliders. Those who wish can fly this morning. The feeling of flying over the lake with a view of the Himalayan peaks is truly unique! After that, we will go see the main sights of the city: the Peace Stupa, Davis Falls, and the sacred island.
Another early transfer. This time we head to Chitwan. These are real jungles with a rich wildlife. One of the main highlights of Chitwan is a 100% guarantee of seeing a rhino. So far, in our experience, this has always held true. Sometimes rhinos even wander right into the streets of the town, completely ignoring people!
In the evening, a cultural program with folk dances and songs.
At dawn we set off canoeing down the fast river. The water is full of crocodiles, deer run along the banks, and various birds are constantly in view. In the dawn light it all looks simply incredible! After canoeing we will take a short walk through the jungle, reaching an elephant farm. Here you can often see baby elephants.
At midday an exciting elephant safari awaits us. Other animals are not afraid of elephants, which often allows us to get within a few meters of a rhino. If you wish, the elephant ride can be replaced with jeeps.
MAKE SURE to go bathing with the elephants at midday. It's one of the best things you can experience. You will definitely love it!
Another adventure in the program is rafting on the Trisuli River. We will stop here on the way to Kathmandu. The rafting takes about three hours and will give you even more new emotions.
In the evening in Kathmandu, a farewell dinner and the awarding of certificates.
We recommend booking tickets on later flights. This way you can visit all the main sights of Kathmandu, and there will be time left to buy souvenirs. Believe us, from Nepal you will want to bring back many cute, though not always the most useful, things.

To book a spot in the group, you need to make a deposit of 200 dollars. This money is needed to arrange permits and book hotels. If you cancel your participation, the money is non-refundable, but it can be transferred to another participant or remain on your "account" for future trips. Payment methods here. The remaining amount is handed to the guide on the first day of the program. If you leave the route, the money is non-refundable.

Discount for children under 15 years old - 30%, parents pay the full price and do not receive discounts for each other. All other discounts apply as standard.
Depending on weather conditions, the group's condition, and general wishes, the guide has the right to make changes to the route.
A visa for Nepal is issued right at the border; the cost of a 15-day visa is $30. Detailed instructions on obtaining it here >>. To get the visa, you only need a valid passport with at least 6 months of validity from the date of your return flight.

Tickets should be purchased in advance, as soon as we confirm your participation in the trek. The most convenient way is to fly with AirArabia and FlyDubai airlines, it's best to buy tickets on their websites. Please note that baggage is not included in the price and you will need to add 20 kg when purchasing. During boarding, you will need the credit card that was used to pay for the tickets - don't forget it! Round-trip ticket prices start from 500 - 700 $.

In Kathmandu, we will stay in three-star hotels with all amenities. Standard accommodation is in 2- and 3-bed rooms. Individual accommodation is possible, this will cost 200 $ for the whole route. During the hiking trek, we stay in lodges - these are tourist shelters with shared showers, toilets, and the option to order food. There is also often Wi-Fi. The rooms are very simple and small. Most often, the only furniture is the beds.
A significant part of the trek takes place at moderate altitudes. During the day, the temperature will be around +20 degrees, at night it can drop to zero. Rain is rare. Typical weather for mountain regions is a clear morning and a cloudy evening.
The country's currency is the Nepali rupee. The exchange rate is approximately 100 rupees to 1 dollar. Notably, Nepalis treat paper money quite carelessly - stapling a stack of rupees together is completely normal. All expenses along the route are only in rupees. Bank cards are accepted only at some points in Kathmandu, so be sure to bring cash. Moreover, there are large limits on cash withdrawals from ATMs, and the commission for this is simply extortionate. It's best to buy souvenirs at the stalls of Thamel (Kathmandu's tourist district), rather than during sightseeing tours. Always bargain with the Nepalis, sometimes the price can be dropped several times.
WE RECOMMEND: For $60 you can order a porter (will carry 12 kg of your belongings) for the whole trek. Those with little hiking experience are strongly advised to take a porter right away and not spoil their trek impressions with a heavy backpack.
