Weather conditions
The climate in Sweden is very changeable. That is, during the hike there will be both rain and sunshine. Which will be more frequent – that depends on luck. We try to organize our hikes during the most favorable time, but we cannot guarantee the weather)) Bring good membrane gear, it will protect you from rain and wind. The average air temperature is around +13°C, but it can sometimes warm up above 20°C! So it's not as cold as you might think! There are also a lot of mosquitoes here, so don't forget repellents and special anti-mosquito hats!
Preparation
This hike in Sweden is of moderate difficulty and does not require special physical or technical skills. But we do recommend doing some running before the trip. Then it will be much easier for you, and you'll be able to fully enjoy the beauty of the country.
Don't skimp on gear
In addition to physical preparation, pay attention to your gear. It should be high quality and reliable to withstand northern rains and wind. Your comfort and enjoyment of the hike depend on your choice of gear. Good membrane pants and jacket, a windproof waterproof tent, comfortable waterproof boots – are a must have on this trip.
