An interesting excursion to the art polony on the height of 1000 m, winter hike on Kostricha mountain range, from which you can enjoy the magnificent views of the summits of the Montenegrin Ridge, and a visit to the snowy Dovbush Rocks - that's not all that awaits you in this program. And we will stay in a cozy Hutsul house at an altitude of more than 1,000 meters in a picturesque place near the ridge Kostricha. However, do not take this adventure too easy or not interesting - we are waiting for a real winter hiking day with deep snow, climbing and frosty wind. But the reward for the effort is worth it :)
We do not cancel or reschedule groups. If the manager has given permission to buy a ticket, you can buy it with confidence. There will be no cancellation through our fault.

Physically this program is not heavy, suitable for beginners with an average level of fitness. The beauty of the scenery we see depends on the weather, but the advantage of this program is that we can do the vast majority of our hike in different weather conditions.
We meet in Ivano-Frankovsk, near the railway station. After completing the organizational aspects, we board the bus, which will gradually take us deep into the Carpathian Mountains. Beautiful views will start to open even from the car window. Our first stop today is the art center "Polonina Pelets" - a picturesque and interesting location at the border of two regions at an altitude of about 1000 m. We are waiting for a special tour with a music master class, tasting of cheeses and liquors, which will allow us to touch the culture of Hutsul region. And who wants a more active entertainment, you can ride on a snowtubes or visit other workshops. After sampling Hutsul cuisine for lunch, we go to our place of residence - the estate "Hutsul Oselya", which is located in a picturesque place at an altitude of 1050 m near Krivopolski pass. We rest, chat and get ready for tomorrow's hiking day.
With light backpacks we'll hike about 13 km, gain and lose about 500 m altitude.
We'll get up early today, because it's a short winter day, and we have a lot of interesting things to do. After taking all the necessary things we set off to meet the winter fairy tale. And the first location is so called Insta Buk - ancient and majestic tree, which welcomes us on the way to Kostricha Ridge. Here you can make really cool photos... Passing Hutsul huts we enter a snow-covered forest: untouched whiteness, firs frozen under the snow and silence... Gradually gaining altitude, we trail and enjoy the forest realm. It won't be easy at times, faces blushing and breathing labored. But nothing weighty is given for nothing. And there's a gap between the spruces and we emerge onto the Vesnark valley. From here you can see all the greatness of the Montenegro winter - a mountain range, which gathered the highest peaks of the Carpathians - Hoverla, Pop Ivan, Petros... After enjoying and soaking up all the beauty, resting and warming ourselves with hot tea we climb to the highest point of our hike - the mountain Kostricha. The last meters and here is the summit! Maybe at such moments everybody stops time and maximally grows into space, they understand the infinity and severe beauty of the mountain ... Once again we fix in our mind and in the phone a unique landscape and start descending. It's much easier to go down and winter forest absorbs us again... After a full day of hiking in a cozy manor we will share our impressions, relax and take off the fatigue in the Hutsul bathhouse...

Today we don't have to wake up in the morning, but interesting and beautiful places are waiting for us. A short drive and we go to visit the Dovbush Rocks - stone creations of nature, which are scattered in the middle of the winter Carpathian forest. We enjoy, take pictures, walk around.... Then we go down and go to a new location - to the waterfall Probiy and to the souvenir market - there you can buy gifts for your nearest and dearest, you can buy tasty and healthy Carpathian cheese. Back in Ivano-Frankivsk, we go to the end of our winter adventure in a place which has become a tradition after almost every hike. What is it? Come, we'll show you :)
Depending on the weather conditions, condition and general wishes of the group the team leader has the right to make changes in the itinerary. The fulfillment of the guide's instructions is compulsory and non-negotiable.

The time is scheduled according to the arrival time of the last participant, usually it's 10 am. About 7 days before the hike we will send you an e-mail with the exact time of the meeting and the contacts of the team leader. Don't forget to check your mail!
We live in the homestead in relatively comfortable and warm conditions. We get bed linen and towels, there are two shower rooms, a kitchen with a refrigerator, a microwave oven and an electric kettle.
There is communication and Internet at the place of residence. It is possible to charge cell phones. There is a cell phone connection on most of the program.
The program has mandatory additional costs for transfers. You can check their amount with the manager, as it depends on the cost of fuel and is constantly changing.
There are also optional expenses. Participants buy dried porcini mushrooms, souvenirs, and sometimes dinners in a restaurant (for example, in the legendary "10"). The minimum recommended to have with itself from 300 UAH. And the maximum is up to you
