My name is Vitalii. I come from a family where a love for the mountains is passed down from generation to generation. My grandfather — a former traveler and hunter — was the first to show me that the mountains are not just a spot on the map but a living world where you can find silence, strength, and inspiration. Since then, I can’t imagine life without trails, summits, and horizons.
I have 3 years of experience leading hiking trips of varying difficulty — from easy one-day routes to technically challenging multi-day treks. I know the Carpathians well, am skilled in reading weather conditions and navigation, and work with participants of different fitness levels. I always put the safety and comfort of the participants first.
For me, a team leader is not just a guide but someone who helps you see the mountains more deeply than through a camera lens.

It was an incredible experience! Clean air, stunning views and a feeling of complete freedom. Every day brought something new: cool dawns in the forest, warm evenings by the campfire and pleasant tiredness after the hike. The trip turned out to be the perfect way to recharge my batteries — I will definitely do it again!
We would like to express our sincere gratitude to our team leader Vitaliy Tsybak for an incredible journey through the Carpathians, culminating in the conquest of Hoverla. This adventure will remain in our memories for a long time, and he deserves much of the credit for that.
