Briefly about myself
As a preschooler, my young head was captivated by dreams of adventure and travel to distant strange lands. Mark Twain, Jules Verne, Defoe, Stephenson, Seton-Thompson - the list goes on and on. As a child, every year I went to the Carpathian Mountains and the Crimea. Mountains are though not high, but they have their own special atmosphere and energy. Now it is my love, I feel at home there.
In my first sports hike went in 2008. Since then, I have been attracted to it and have never let it go:). After a couple of years, I began to drive myself, because it is even more interesting! Hiking in the mountains, descents into caves, rafting on rivers, and all that in the company of crazy people like me is the best way to relax!
Every next hike - it's always something new, - and enjoyment from the scenery seen, and pleasure from communicating with people.
It is very pleasant to see in people's eyes those sparks of joy, the excitement and admiration that they feel when they reach the top. When they simply take their breath away from the surrounding scenery. For a guide this is a great joy!
Unforgettable moments of extreme - in the rain, in hail, in snowfall, in a gale force wind - it is a real thrill! Such moments make the tour more intense, and then you can tell funny stories around the campfire, - the way you were stormy somewhere on the ridge under the Hoverla mountain :)
At the same time, in hiking I pay great attention to safety. Each tourist must return home alive and healthy, full of energy and positive from what he saw, and from communicating with new friends.
Mountains are the place where inspiration comes, new ideas and dreams appear. Here many people are surprised to learn that it is very cool to get up with the first rays of the rising sun. That your body is capable of much more. How beautiful and wonderful nature is around you. And how incredibly delicious an ordinary plate of borscht and fragrant tea by the fire can be ;).
To show, tell, enthuse, inspire, make it as comfortable and safe as possible - that's the main thing for me as a guide. And it's not even so much a job as it is a lifestyle!
Go to the mountains, travel, discover the world for yourself - it's amazing and beautiful! :)
