If you want to test and challenge yourself - you need to go to the mountains. During the ascent all the forces of the body are mobilized. But after the ascent you feel such bright emotions of victory and triumph, you understand that all the efforts were made not in vain, and the clear and boundless sky is so close, that you can reach it by hand.
After the hike, I often hear from the participants that they didn't waste their time. I like to share with them the days that brought us together and made us friends: the sunsets and sunrises on the mountain tops, the bright taste of food, and the clear water from the stream. Only from such a height can one appreciate the full scope of nature and feel like a piece of this vast world.
Indeed, only mountains you have never been to are better than mountains.
