This story began a year ago, when I first learned that there are people who professionally organize hiking trips. Yes, yes 🙂 I used to think that only a company of “your own people” could gather and go wherever their eyes led them, with tents. But when I found out that such hikes are organized regularly, in different directions and with qualified guides, the thought of a hike settled inside me. At first I was afraid it would be uncomfortable, difficult, that I’d get tired, and there’d be no way back… But the desire to experience these emotions and go through a kind of small test overcame the fear.
