Prepayment is a guarantee of booking a place in the group for you and partial payment for consulting services in preparation, selection of the program and team leader. Its amount is indicated in the description of each program. You pay in full when you meet with the team leader on the first day of the program.
Payment methods
- Transfer to a current account (iBAN)
- Payment through the WayForPay payment system
- Payment for services by legal entities is made by bank transfer on the basis of the invoice and the Agreement
- Other online payment options if necessary
Your consultant will provide you with payment details or a link.
After payment, be sure to notify your consultant of the payment (in the messenger, by mail or by phone).
The amount of the prepayment is recorded on your account in UAH and can be used for any Kuluar program.
Prepayment refund
General rules
- More than 40 days before the start: the full amount of the prepayment is kept on your balance or refunded minus the transfer system fee.
- From two weeks to 40 days: the prepayment is refunded or kept on your balance, minus the actual costs we incurred (permits, transfers, hotels, the share of costs for the team leader...).
- Less than two weeks before the start: the prepayment is retained in full and is non-refundable.
- For some programs, individual terms and conditions apply, they are indicated on the program page in the cost block.
- If you find another participant to take your place, we can credit your prepayment in their favor. And he will transfer the corresponding amount to you.
- The prepayment is fixed in the currency of payment. For example, if the amount of prepayment on the website is $100 and you have paid us 3800 UAH, then in case of a refund for any reason, we will refund you 3800 UAH, regardless of the exchange rate difference.
- We will refund as soon as possible, but sometimes it can take up to two weeks. Depending on the season and the method of return.
Programs in Ukraine*
- More than 14 days before the start: the full amount of the prepayment is kept on your balance or refunded, minus the transfer system fee.
- From 5 to 14 days: the prepayment in full is kept on your balance or refunded in the amount of 50%.
- Less than 5 days: we will keep the full amount of the prepayment and will not refund it.
*For New Year's programs in Ukraine (from 23.12 to 10.01), the rules for refunding prepayments from the "general rules" clause are the same as for foreign programs.
Special programs, corporate parties
- The prepayment must be made no later than three weeks before the start of the program.
- The amount of the prepayment is 30-50% of the total cost of the program.
- In case of cancellation more than two weeks before the start: the prepayment is refunded minus actual expenses (including the work of a consultant, tickets and compensation to the team leader for the failure of the program...).
- In case of cancellation less than two weeks before the trip: the prepayment is refunded in the amount of actual expenses + 10% of the total cost of the program.
After a request for a refund of an advance payment, we usually return the agreed amount as soon as possible. But sometimes the process can take up to a month. It's simple - if we have enough money to refund, we refund it right away. If not, you have to wait for new receipts.
For certain programs, these conditions may differ, and this will be indicated in the program description.
Important! The prepayment sent serves as a confirmation that you have read and agree to the above terms and conditions.
Recalculation of the cost in case of early termination of the program by the participant
- The cost will not be recalculated if the participant decides to leave early for any of their own reasons (weather, too hard, important personal matters).
- The recalculation is possible in case of injury incompatible with further passage of the route or in case of force majeure.

In each case, the amount to be refunded is determined individually - it depends on the program, namely on the possibility of canceling paid reservations for accommodation, transfers or other services included in the price.
