The idea to head off to the Tatras came to me last winter while visiting my friends Andriy and Alina. We spent a long time discussing and choosing where we would finally go this summer. There was even a suggestion to trek through Norway, but it's good we didn't go there. According to the guide, that's not the best idea for a beginner's trip. In the end, we settled on the Polish Tatras, and that same evening we submitted an application for three people. And then for half a year we waited impatiently for the trip to begin.
