First and foremost, I want to commend the organization. From the very beginning to the end of the trip, I had the feeling that everything had already been taken care of for me.
I didn’t have to worry about logistics, timing, or any organizational details—everything was clear, straightforward, and well-thought-out. This allowed me to focus entirely on the mountains, nature, and relaxation.
A huge, special thank you to our tour leader, Yuriy Nitshuk. It’s people like him who shape the impression of the entire company. It was clear that he wasn’t just doing his job, but genuinely loved the mountains and the people.
Yuriy was constantly attentive to every member of the group, maintained a comfortable pace, helped out on difficult sections, and always created a very friendly atmosphere.
I was particularly impressed by just how much work he took on.

After a long and challenging day, when the whole group was already exhausted, Yuriy still found the strength to build a fire, gather firewood, prepare dinner, and take care of all the practical details.
To be honest, I didn’t expect that level of care. It really commands immense respect.
The route itself is also incredibly beautiful. The lake turned out to be even more beautiful than in the photos.

We were also very lucky with the weather: the views were fantastic, and the climb up Pip Ivan was a real reward for all our efforts.
We also really liked the wonderfully chosen places to spend the night.
Of course, the route can’t exactly be called easy. In some places, there were fairly steep, almost vertical climbs that really put us to the test.

But that’s exactly what I liked: after the more challenging sections came flat trails or descents, so the effort was balanced and the hike didn’t turn into a constant ordeal.
The little gifts at the end of the hike were a very pleasant surprise.
It might seem like a small thing, but it’s details like these that create special moments and show that the KULUAR team truly cares about its participants.

I have just one comment, which I hope will be helpful.
On the way to the starting point of the hike, the shuttle driver behaved quite aggressively when interacting with the border guards: he made complaints and spoke in a very harsh tone.
For us, as a group of tourists, this was unpleasant, as it created a sense of unnecessary tension and even a certain degree of risk.
Fortunately, this didn’t affect the hike itself in any way, but the start of the trip could have been much more comfortable.

Overall, this hike left me with nothing but good memories. A beautiful route, flawless organization, a professional guide, great company, and an atmosphere that makes you want to come back.

Thank you to the KULUAR team for this weekend! This definitely won't be my last trip with you.
