Review of our May holidays hiking trip

The Carpathians are the pride of our country, and if you don't see the mountains and forests of the Carpathians from the height of a two-thousander peak, that's a serious gap in getting to know your homeland — that's what I thought at the time. Since this had been missing from our lives as well, my wife and I decided to go on a hiking trip to the Carpathians for the May holidays. We chose the Kuluar club as our guide, submitted an application to join the trip, and after discussing a few formalities we were enrolled in the group. Our future guide Serhii got in touch with us, carefully talked things over, and once he made sure we were determined to go and that snow in the mountains didn't scare us, he said he'd be waiting for us at the meeting point.
