I recently had a wonderful experience travelling to the Carpathians with guide Yuriy — and it was one of the most memorable adventures I've had in recent times! The Carpathian route was well planned. Each ascent revealed new landscapes — mountains lost in the clouds, green mountain pastures, and rushing streams. The route was quite active, but manageable even for those who spend their days sitting in front of a monitor. Yuriy is an attentive, experienced and very charismatic guide. He was always nearby, helping in difficult places, joking, telling interesting stories about the mountains, traditions and local people. It was easy and safe with him. Special thanks for the delicious food! Hot meals cooked over a campfire after a long hike are pure bliss. Everything was hearty, tasty and lovingly prepared. Activities: In addition to the hike itself, there were other enjoyable activities — evenings by the campfire, games, and conversations.
