If you want to spend time in great company and in a great place, then Kuluar is the way to go. From June 14 to 17, 2019, I took part in the ascent of Petros and Hoverla. You're greeted by the starting point in the village of Kvasy, where you take your first sip of sparkling 😋😋😋 spring water from Burkut and realize it's the best water you've ever drunk. A rapid ascent upward and onward to Hoverla. Many thanks to our guide Ivan Arktos for his tremendous support, immense patience, and care for the group. We took our time covering the route, taking into account the pace and condition of each hiker. With Ivan's stories and the picturesque nature of the Carpathians, the route seemed not as difficult as it first appeared, and quite wonderful.
