I fell in love with the mountains from my first hike. For me, nature is not just a backdrop to a journey. I believe that it is in the mountains that we can feel ourselves real and realise what is really important.
I can't live without an active lifestyle: running, swimming, surfing, horseback riding, ultimate frisbee, canyoning, fixed gear. I love travelling in a van.
The mountains have become the point of balance where physical challenge, emotions and depth meet. I practice the Vipassana meditation technique, which is another way for me to be in the moment and live the journey more deeply.
I love sharing this energy with people. I believe that every hike is not just a route, but an inner transformation.
