All the guides give it their all - they're super cool, very experienced, and in love with the mountains, and being with them you fall irrevocably in love too.
The food is always tasty, the organization and consulting are clear, the managers are responsive. Of course, all sorts of things can happen on a trek, but every issue gets resolved, either during or after. One shouldn't confuse personal responsibility for the quality of one's own gear and the difficulty of the chosen route with the guide's experience or the route's planning.
