It was my first kayaking trip on the Dniester. I thought it would be much harder, but we were lucky with both the weather and the team. A very pleasant group came together, everyone was friendly, polite and open. The guide was good too: he cooked tasty food, shared stories and was always ready to help. The only thing missing was a team atmosphere — namely, we only got together to get to know each other on the evening of the second day. I understand this may be due to the programme and time constraints, so I'm understanding about it. The programme also said we would learn about the specifics of camping life. There wasn't really much of that (unless you count the guide cooking food on a camping stove). These are small things, of course, which didn't affect my overall positive impression. All in all, I'm very glad about this trip and I'll definitely come back again!
