Types of Gift Certificates

We offer two types of gift certificates:

• Certificate for a Program. If you know which hike would be perfect for your close friend, or what they’ve been dreaming of, or if you simply want to gift an unforgettable adventure – this option is for you.
• Certificate for an Amount. If you're not sure which country or trip your friend would like but are certain you want to gift them a leap into an incredible emotion – this option is perfect for you.

Terms of Using the Gift Certificate

1. The certificate is valid for one year from the date of issuance.
2. The certificate value is non-refundable.
3. The certificate (including for a program) is credited as an amount in UAH (Ukrainian hryvnia) on the owner’s balance. For subsequent payments, we will use this amount as a reference.
4. If you wish to go on a program that costs more than the gift certificate, you can pay the difference (you can also upgrade from the basic package to a premium one by paying the difference).
5. If you choose a cheaper hike, the difference will be kept on your balance. You can use it towards partial or full payment for other programs until the certificate's expiration date.
6. If the cost of the program increases between the time of purchase and use, you will need to pay the difference.
7. The certificate’s value covers only the program’s cost, excluding additional expenses.
8. When using the certificate, Kuluar Bonus applies.
9. The certificate can be transferred to another person, as long as the manager is informed in advance, or it can be shared among friends.
10. If the program the person signed up for was canceled due to our fault, we either refund the money or extend the certificate’s validity until the next program. This is especially relevant for programs that only happen once or twice a year.

Delivery and Payment Terms

1. Payment can be made using any convenient method for you.
2. We deliver via Nova Poshta (only within Ukraine) or electronically to your email (anywhere in the world).
3. The certificate is valid for one year from the date of issuance.

How to Use the Gift Certificate?

Notify the Kuluar club consultant that you have a gift certificate (either for a specific amount or for a hike) and provide the certificate number.

Cost of the Gift Certificate

The cost of a gift certificate is 200 UAH; electronic certificates are free of charge. If the certificate amount (or the cost of the hike) exceeds 2,000 UAH, a paper certificate is provided free of charge.
