Maria-Khristina Dvoynik, known by the call sign Alpaca, is well known among travellers and climbers. In 2022, she swapped an expedition to Mexico for a career as a volunteer medic in Donetsk Oblast — because she couldn't do anything else. At first, she drove cars for the front line and rescued animals, until she joined the Hospitaliers Medical Volunteer Battalion.

In memory of the medic's life, and to support those who continue to provide medical assistance to wounded soldiers on the front lines every day, the Hospitaliers Charitable Foundation and the Kuluar team have joined forces in a fundraiser.
🎯 Our goal was to raise 100,000 UAH as a sub-campaign to support the Hospitallers.
To boost fundraising, Kuluar raffled off an absolute bestseller among foreign destinations — a trip to the Dolomites (the trip itself, not its monetary equivalent). Here's how it worked:
