This trip will now be at the top of our list.

This was our first trip with Kuluar with our 12-year-old child to Madeira. We had a pleasant experience with the information support on all issues prior to the trip. Our team leader was Tetiana Franchuk. We were very satisfied with all aspects of the trip. First, the entire trip was very well planned, organised and conducted: the workload was reasonable, the activities varied, everything was on time (!) and as comfortable as possible, and we saw a lot. There were children of different ages in the group, but everyone took part in the activities. Secondly, Tetiana exceeded our expectations as a guide: no matter what question we asked, Tetiana knew the answers and was able to interest the children, gave many recommendations on other cities in Portugal, which we took advantage of and did not regret. The children's treasure hunt in the Fanal forest will be remembered for a long time, the idea is very cool! We constantly felt Tetyana's care for our well-being and comfort, and any issues were resolved very quickly. It so happened that we had free time with the whole group in Funchal and enjoyed Tetyana's story about this city, visiting places that you would hardly go to on your own. You made us fall in love with Madeira :). We travel a lot, but this trip will now be at the top of our list as it was well organised and done with a sincere heart. It felt like it was done with love.
